At Terra Kaffe, we want you to love every cup you brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select your reason for return.
Prepare Your Machine
Ensure your TK-01 or TK-02 is thoroughly cleaned, emptied of all water and beans, and securely packed in its original protective packaging.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
